1. How will I recognize your company upon arrival at the Airport or Port?

Our Representative will meet you and your party at the airline’s baggage claim area or outside customs exit, at the airport, or outside the cruise line’s terminal exit, at the pier, with a sign displaying your group’s name.

Our Rep./Driver will direct you to board the vehicle, assist with the luggage handling and transport your party to their final destination.

2. Will there be enough space for my luggage?

Of course! We will provide a 14 pax. van with a trailer for luggage for families up to 14 passengers

3. Will the Driver meet a large group at baggage claim area the same
    as for individuals and small families?

Unfortunately, for larger groups, you need the Meet & Greet service; we use a 32 pax. Mini-Coach with a trailer for luggage and a 56 pax. Motor Coach and these vehicles have to wait outside the terminal at the Bus Holding Area
so our driver has no way to Meet the group , direct them to the bus loading area and then go and get the bus; this will take more than ½ hour for your group to get on the bus.

We will provide the service with one of our Representative for a fee of $ 90.00 US dollars. This fee must be add to your final price.

4. How much time in advance do I need to book any service?

We suggest that as soon as you have firm travel dates and times to reserve any of the services we offer, e-mail us or fax us your request so we can process it and ensure availability and return our confirmation.

We indeed welcome last minute inquires or reservations and we will try , by all means , to accommodate your needs.

5. How do I pay for your services?

After we receive your request, we either e-mail or fax you our QUOTE for the services, which will show our cancellation policy, together with our CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM. You must sign and date the Quote as well as fill out
the c.c. form and return them both to us. After we receive them, we will issue a final CONFIRMATION. Your credit card information is only used to guarantee your reservation and it will be only charge at the time we provide the service. You will have the option to pay our Driver/Tour Guide in CASH, placing the full amount in a seal envelope address to:

6. Is it possible to change or cancel a reservation with the Representative/Driver?

Any changes of services, cancellations or new orders must be notified to our office before any actions is taken. Our Rep. has no authority to do any changes without the office consent. Cancellation policy is written on our QUOTE form.

7. What fees, if any, are not included in the final price?

Airport or Port and Hotel porter’s luggage gratuities as well as Tour Guides are not included in the price. In certain services the Driver’s gratuities are not included. For Drivers and Tour Guides, we suggest 10% of the total amount you pay for any specific service and for the porters $1.00 dollar per suitcase.

8-How much time do I have to meet the Driver on the airport or port transfers?

If arriving in a DOMESTIC FLIGHT, we provide a 30 minutes waiting time for you to deplane and collect your luggage; if you have any missing luggage, there will not be any charges for the first ½ hour, time enough to write your claim. If you go over the estimate time, there will be a S25.00 US dollars fee for every additional hour, payable in CASH to the driver.

If arriving in an INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT the estimated waiting time is 1 ½ hour from the time the plane lands. Any additional waiting time, there will be a fee of $25.00 US dollars per/hour, payable in CASH to the driver.

Coming back from your cruise at Port of Miami or Port Everglades, the waiting time after the schedule agreed time of Pick-Up will be 1 hour; any additional time after, there will be a charge of $ 25.00 US dollars per/hour.
